The Champion Durag: Exposed
Hey there wavers! We are back with another blog where we breakdown designer durags that we find online. In previous articles, we have exposed the likes of the Balenciaga durag, the Louis Vuitton durag, the Burberry durag, the off-white durag, and even answered does Gucci make durags. In this article, we are going to cover the Champion durag.
But first here is some information about the sportswear brand.
History of Champion U.S.A
Champion U.S.A is a subsidiary of Hanesbrands and is their second-largest brand only second to Hanes. Champion was established in 1919 by Feinbloom brothers, under the name Knickerbocker Knitting Company. Soon after they were established the Feinbloom brothers signed a contract to be the sole provider of uniforms for the Michigan Wolverines.
In the1930s the company was rebranded to Champion Knitting Mills Inc and began producing its world-famous sweatshirts.
Soon after the rebrand, Champion products were used by the US Military Academy during training exercises and physical education classes worldwide.

Does Champion Make Durags? We will bet that everyone has had a champion hoodie at one point in their lives. But the brand makes a lot of other articles of clothing, including:
- Slippers & Slides
- and so much more!
While Champion is well versed in fashion and sports apparel, they do not make durags. However, that does not mean that in the future they will not. Hopefully, if that day happens they will contact BetterSpiritsDurags for a collab!
The durags that you see with a champion logo are champion "inspired" or "designer inspired" durags.
